Happy Birthday Penny!

Miss Penny is one! She had a great birthday! She spent her morning with her school friends. They made her the cutest birthday card filled with colorful hand prints! Mommy & Daddy brought some pizza to school at lunch time and shared some cookies after nap time. Penny had a great time on her birthday with Miss Denise!

Daddy snuck out to run to the airport to pick up some special birthday visitors...Grandma and Grandpa came to visit for Penny's birthday!

She had a such a great birthday! Penny Jeanne is our big girl! This year went by so quickly. It's hard to believe that it was only a year ago when we were holding this beautiful brand new baby in our arms. Now she's walking and talking and keeping us on our toes.

We are so proud of you and can't wait to see what the future holds for you. Already, we know that you have a curiosity and persistence about you that will help you succeed in life- you want to know how things work and you'll keep trying until you figure it out. You are strong willed and independent. While it might occasionally drive mommy crazy at dinner time, we hope you use these traits to make your own decisions instead of following the crowd. You can be fearless- we hope you'll always take on new adventures and know that you can achieve whatever you put your mind to. We love you so much! You are our dream come true!
