Penny and I woke up early on Christmas morning. We checked out our previous day's work before breakfast :) We made waffles so everyone could enjoy when they woke up!
Grammy woke up pretty early to play with us before church. We all got ready and headed to 9am Mass before coming home to see what Santa had left. Penny was such a good girl in church and she loved visiting Baby Jesus in the manger display.
We took some pictures in front of the tree :)
And made time for some fun...
before we got down to business in front of the tree.
Penny loved opening her presents. But, when she got to one she really liked, she stopped to play for awhile.
Penny also enjoyed giving Grammy her present- a 2012 calendar starring Penny. She loved looking through all the pictures.
Favorite gift came from Aunt Nic & Dave. She spent most of the day riding this truck around or pushing Yellow Monkey around on the truck.

It's been surprisingly warm here, so Penny and Grammy got some play time in while Daddy and Pa worked on the entertainment center.
Penny helped cook dinner and took a break to show Grammy the Advent House.
We had some delicious turkey and then it was time for our little one to sleep tight in her big girl bed :)
